Problem Note 36381: ERROR: Invalid option value nnn for SAS option MINPARTSIZE

The documentation says the maximum value for the minimum partition size is 8,796,093,022,207 megabytes.
SAS(R) 9.2 Scalable Performance Data Engine: Reference -- MINPARTSIZE= System Option
When a value of more than 2G is specified for Windows and UNIX or a value of more than 1.5G on z/OS, SAS initialization fails with the following messages where nnn is the option value specified:
ERROR: Invalid option value nnn for SAS option MINPARTSIZE. ERROR: (SASXKRIN): KERNEL RESOURCE INITIALIZATION FAILED. ERROR: Unable to initialize the SAS kernel.
The workaround is to specify a value lower than the maximums specified above.
